Dedicated to fun, health, education, and advocacy, the Living Closer Foundation is devoted to creating unique opportunities for children to become aware of and engage in worldwide issues that impact their health and the environment. Through the Active Citizen program, LCF provides children in Colorado with a voice and the ability to serve as agents of change. Utilizing creative advocacy through education and the arts (primarily with videos, film, and live performances), LCF creates a platform for dialogue between students and their peers, their school community and district, as well as with state policy makers and health professionals.
