The name “Hapa” is derived from the Hawaiian term meaning “a harmonious blend of Asian and American cultures.” Hapa Sushi Grill & Sake Bar bases its menu on traditional Japanese cooking fundamentals and mixes influences from various cooking styles and flavors to create their own original and innovative dishes. Hapa has four locations in Colorado, all featuring signature sushi rolls, an extensive sake, beer, and wine list, and a special gluten-free menu. If you’re in a hurry, you can skip the wait by ordering takeout online.
