Comedy Works has been Denver’s premier destination for the best stand-up since 1981, and was ranked by USA Today as one of the Top Five Comedy Clubs in the country. As a true comedy landmark, Comedy Works consistently features the nation’s top comedians, including Jerry Seinfeld, Ellen DeGeneres, Jamie Foxx, Roseanne, Jay Leno, Tim Allen, Dave Chappelle, Chris Rock, Dennis Miller, and Joan Rivers. Comedy Works has also earned a strong reputation for developing new acts and fostering a talented base of local comedians. Many of their homegrown acts have become major forces in the national comedy scene, appearing on Comedy Central, The Tonight Show, Craig Ferguson, and Last Comic Standing.
The Landmark location was opened in 2008, featuring two restaurants and a ballroom. In addition to comedy, this state-of-the-art facility hosts private functions including business meetings, reunions, and wedding parties.
(Pro-tip: Guests that dine in Lucy Restaurant prior to a show at Comedy Works South receive preferred seating in the first six rows!)
